1. Service

AI Car Helper provides automotive diagnostic suggestions based on text, photos, and voice input. Advice is informational only and does not replace a licensed mechanic or official manufacturer guidance.

2. Subscriptions

After one free request, continued use requires a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the app and charged by the store. Manage or cancel renewals in your store account settings.

3. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass rate limits or payments, or use it for unlawful purposes. The assistant is intended for car-related questions only.

4. Disclaimer

AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for how you use any recommendation. We are not liable for vehicle damage, injury, or costs arising from reliance on the app.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
